Meet Alan W. Hinden, CEO Born with an innate sense of perfectionism & the ability to develop solutions for problems, Alan can start using any product or piece of software and find bugs in its design & function within 10 - 15 minutes. Although he is very technical & analytical, he can put himself into the mindset of the average consumer, (those who still can't program a VCR, (what's that???) or can barely understand what the scrollbar on a computer screen is for) and determine what needs to be done to improve user-friendliness & functionality. One of his greatest talents is to quickly discover the areas of a product's development that were either carelessly overlooked or thrown together to meet marketing deadlines. These are the things that typically annoy consumers and cost companies future sales when customers lose confidence in the companies that make the offending products. One of his most frequent outcries is, "Didn't anyone bother to use the prototype for a few days, BEFORE going into production?"
